Started at 17 years in 1945 and finished aged 22 in 1950.

Duties were on the weighbridge, wine sales, switchboard and tours of the plant with visitors which Shirley really enjoyed.

She traveled up on the train in the morning but for the home run the train experienced many delays along the line and it was a daily lottery when they would arrive at Barmera.

Sister Iris started aged 17 in 1941 and left aged 22 in 1946.

Evelyn Cogan started about 5 years before Iris - say 1941-6, 1935 or 1936.

Pat, Blond Hair and June Dark Hair Dansie. Both worked in the laboratory.

Eeanne Hatch was the comptometrist.
